YOGA

Repose Yoga is a practice that focuses on aliment and strengthening the muscles responsible for maintaining good posture. By emphasizing precision in body alignment in each pose, students learn to support their skeletal structure with muscles evenly and without asymmetry, leading to safe and harmonious practice. The use of props further aids in achieving proper alignment suitable for individual bodies, distinguishing Iyengar Yoga from other yoga styles.

MASSAGE

Katie has over 20+ years of experience in massage and yoga, and it shows.  She is kind, clear, and intelligent in her approach. Her goal in her work is to create an environment that supports each of us to connect with the well of strength, quiet, and joy inside. Katie is a licensed massage practitioner in the state of Washington. She is certified in Lymphatic Therapy, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and she holds a Level 3 Certificate in Neuro Kinetic Therapy.
